Where is my order shipping from?

Every Nysara Hair order is packed and dispatched from our operations hub in Kitchener, Ontario. We are proud to be a Canadian-owned specialist serving the local stylist community.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Very fast! Most Ontario and Quebec stylists receive their hardware within 1–3 business days. We aim for same-day processing on all orders placed before 1:00 PM EST.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before tax).
What currency are the prices in?

All of the products are priced in CAD. Provincial and federal taxes are applied at checkout.
