1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Nysara, we take great pride in the engineering of our high-grip foils and professional hardware. Every order is carefully inspected and hand-packed at our National Distribution & Support Center in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada to ensure your tools reach your station in perfect condition.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of professional salon tools and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The original packaging must be intact and unopened.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Costs for postage, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Nysara Hair covers these costs for initial outbound shipping, but cannot cover them for elective returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or partially used foil boxes or hardware.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (Final Sale).

  • Gift cards.

4. Damages & Issues (The 7-Day Window)

Please inspect your "hardware" immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nysarahair.com.

Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or credit to ensure your salon workflow isn't interrupted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email our team for guidance.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our Kitchener team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Shipping Returns

To return a product, you must contact us first for authorization. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
