Shipping Policy

At Nysara Hair International Inc., we are committed to moving professional hardware with precision and speed. Operating from our National Distribution Center in Kitchener, Ontario, we utilize an expedited courier network to meet the high-paced demands of professional stylists and salons across Canada and beyond.

1. Processing & Turnaround

We understand that in the salon industry, your tools are your livelihood. We prioritize rapid fulfillment to get Nysara hardware into your hands without delay.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following business day.

  • Operating Hours: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays).

  • The Ontario Advantage: Shipping directly from our National Distribution Center in Kitchener, Ontario  allows us to offer industry-leading turnaround times for stylists in the GTA and throughout Ontario and Quebec.

2. Canada-Wide Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 CAD (pre-tax) qualify for free standard shipping within Canadian provinces (excludes territories).

  • Ontario & Quebec: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

  • Rest of Canada: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days.

  • Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent the moment your order is dispatched.

  • Address Requirements: We require a physical street address for all deliveries; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to support the global styling community. Nysara professional tools can be shipped worldwide.

  • Standard International: 14–30 business days.

  • Express International: 6–8 business days (most regions).

  • Duties & Taxes: International recipients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. We recommend reviewing your local import regulations prior to purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we take extreme care in packaging your hardware, we have a clear protocol to resolve issues quickly.

  • Reporting: Please notify us via our [Contact Us] page within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item or incorrect hardware.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or a priority replacement based on current stock availability.

5. Shipping Protection (Route)

For total peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout.

  • Coverage: This protects your order against loss, damage, or theft while in transit.

  • Claims: Protection claims must be submitted within 30–60 days of dispatch.

  • Exclusions: Protection is not valid for orders marked "Delivered" by the carrier or for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • 30-Day Policy: If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, it will be officially classified as lost.

  • Accuracy: Nysara Hair is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
